My approach to coaching is designed for entrepreneurs, game-changers, and other one-of-a-kind folks.

Most leadership development training and coaching focus on the individual, their individual actions, and their internal experience. My approach, named Power Fluency focuses on the individual in the context of a complexifying world and the different choices available once we integrate a systems view. This is where the skill of Power Fluency—that of naming the game one is in and its power dynamics, locating one’s self in the game and power dynamic, and choosing intentional action—makes a difference.

My clients choose their actions understanding the unnamed power structures and dynamics that could get in the way. When operating from Power Fluency, people become more confident in their decisions, think more creatively about resources, and take action with much less internal resistance—even if it’s a situation they have never seen before. The principles and tools of Power Fluency have been tested in the real world, and have led to promotions, more diverse leadership groups, and greater leadership effectiveness.
